Who is Emily Bendler?
Before we go any further and get into the details of this site and the articles you can read to start your journey to a better life, I first want to introduce myself. My name is Emily Bendler and I have many roles in life.
I am a devoted wife and mother, as well as an insurance adjuster, dance teacher, graduate student, professional dancer, founder of a nonprofit, pageant queen, and much more. Years ago I married my community theater dance partner and I have fallen in love with him every day since as we make our way through this journey of life together.
After we were first married, my husband and I wanted to start a family but also maintain the full and fulfilling life we were already enjoying. We knew that adding kids to the picture would change things, but we were determined to make it all work.
Growing up I quickly learned the value of time management. I loved to dance and I was a competitive dancer for many years. In order to stay in dance, my mother also required that I get straight A’s. On top of all that I was involved in numerous activities, had outings with friends, and was devoted to church. Over the years I learned lots of time management and organizational techniques so that I could get my work done and make time for what I loved.
After having our son in February of 2013, I knew that I wanted to stay involved in dance, have time for family, and pursue other goals as well. I was the first of my friends to start a family, so I had to rely on what I knew. I was able to apply all the skills I learned growing up to this new stage of life as well as develop even more techniques along the way.
Since then as my friends started growing their own families, I would often get asked how I was able to manage it all. These questions inspired me to create this blog in 2015 to enable other women to get control of your days and your household, achieve your goals, and spend quality time with your family.
I invite you to take the challenge to improve your life and get started for free by reading the articles I have provided for you below!
